The Art of Running a Design Store: Insights from a Successful Owner with Kassy Dieujuste
Meet Kassy Dieujuste, founder of Moments with Materials.
Design is not only her passion it's her lifestyle. She is always striving for new and innovative ideas. In the design world for the past 16 years, she has tackled both residential and commercial projects. From designing the gorgeous restroom at the posh Crocker Club in downtown Los Angeles to establishing the entire color palette and placement within the main club area, she has left her mark.
The following year she was invited to the Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts 2009 where she redesigned a powder bathroom in an Italian Renaissance home in San Marino Valley. Her efforts were showcased in the local newspaper after the show. Recently, she collaborated with URBNLUX: Graffiti For Life, an art and design exhibition that explored the convergence of graffiti art and other areas of style and design, including modern architecture, furniture, lighting, housewares, and fashion. The exhibition quickly gained popularity and was featured in California Homes Magazine. In 2020, she was featured in the Pasadena Showcase house once again designing a Jack And Jill Bathroom - the results are stunning.
