Love found its way back into her life, leading to the formation of a blended family and the re-framing of the word SUPPORT for Ashley.
Her extraordinary journey is chronicled in her upcoming memoir, "Meditations, Mushrooms, and Monkeys: One Mom's Journey to Healing Generational Trauma." But Ashley's story is not just hers alone. She understands the silent struggles of countless mothers who find solace in tears and prayers while impacted by generational trauma.
Drawing from her own experiences, education, and her training, she has spent 15 years supporting mothers in various roles, offering invaluable insights and helping moms learn to regulate their nervous systems. As a certified yoga, meditation, breathwork teacher, doula, childbirth educator, and motherhood coach, Ashley empowers others to navigate life's transitions with self-love, helping connect moms to the support they need.
Ashley's journey has inspired her to give back. She offers her expertise in exchange for fees as well as generously donates her services to domestic abuse agencies. Through her words and actions, Ashley embodies the spirit of resilience, self-compassion, and unwavering determination, proving that it's possible to emerge stronger from life's most daunting challenges, especially once you get a little support.
