Emily Taylor is a Process Consultant and founder of Tech and Data Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm based in Mexico City that helps service-based companies at pivotal moments of growth. She specializes in diagnosing and fixing the systems that power client delivery - those “money-making” workflows that often start breaking under the weight of success.
With over six years of experience in systems optimization, Emily works with bilingual teams and growing businesses to design and implement practical, repeatable processes that actually stick. Her work is a rare blend of high-level strategy and hands-on execution: she not only helps clients architect smarter ways of working, but she also rolls up her sleeves to build the templates, workflows, and automations they don’t have the bandwidth or mindset to create themselves.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Emily brings the heart of an interpreter and teacher to every engagement. As a TEFL-certified educator and language instructor, she’s skilled at making complex systems easy to understand for business owners and teams alike. That mindset shapes how she approaches everything, from onboarding new tech to training staff on updated processes.
Before launching Tech and Data Consulting, Emily built and ran a luxury residential cleaning business with a focus on creating the best systems and using the best technology. The experience of running a small business with the operational rigor of a much larger company is what led her into consulting.
Today, Emily works with companies needing operational clarity with the help of tools like Asana, Wrike, and Unanet GovCon/CRM. She also partners with other agencies and consultants to offer a process diagnostic tool to their clients as a part of their client onboarding process.
Whether leading client-side project rollouts or reworking internal processes from the ground up, her mission is always the same: to bring clarity, calm, and confidence to the teams doing the real work.
