Former Executive Assistant turned Master Reiki Practitioner & Herbalist with Kitt McKillop

Kitt McKillop is one of the badass women I have been fortunate enough to have as a friend in my life for many years now - we won't say how long.⁠

She is one of the amazing women who has graciously agreed to be a part of my Align Wellness Retreats.
⁠
Kitt is a Master Reiki Practitioner and Certified Herbalist., but she didn't start out on a mission to become a multi-certified healer.  She started out as an Administrative Assistant using her organizational skillset to help business owners run their companies smoothly.  When one small opportunity raised the question of "what do I want to do?", she began her path from permaculture to herbalist to mediumship to reiki.

What is reiki?⁠
✨ A Japanese healing art translated to mean life force (Rei) energy (ki).⁠
✨ Reiki is universal energy that anyone has the ability to access.⁠
✨ Reiki practitioners have been trained in how to be an effective conduit for this universal energy by attunement, learning intent, hand positions, and symbols to help healing energy flow where it is needed.⁠
✨ Kitt’s own experience with trauma, grief, and anxiety made her feel like she didn’t fit in at a very young age and was a contributing factor to her alcoholism. ⁠
✨ Her experiences as she went through her healing journey are what inspired her practice today.⁠
✨ She strives to meet womxn where they are in their own process of healing, to uplift, support, and empower in every way she can.⁠
