- Spend more time focused on what you WANT to happen
- Let worst-case scenarios die in your journal
- Write a letter of all the ugly things you want to say and burn it.
- Move your body
- Negative energy sometimes needs a physical outlet
- Exercise: Walk, Hike, Lift Weights, or Yoga
